Before You Buy / What you need to know

    This bidet fits onto standard toilets only. The toilet must have a wooden seat, for the bidet to be installed correctly.

    The underside of the toilet seat needs to be flat, not concave, so the bidet can be attached easily and stead fastly.

    The inside of the toilet seat rim must be oval in shape, not square.

    The water supply of the toilet must be accessible; it cannot be concealed. This is important because the bidet hose will attach to the water supply with an added T-piece (included in the box)

    Delivery & Installation

    Please note that if the product is purchased and installation is required by AquaSpray Bidet – there will be no delivery fee as the installer will bring the bidet with him on the installation date. Should the product be purchased and installed by yourself, a guarantee on the installation will not apply.
